REPORT DAY 6 - Friday 14 September 2007 Bratislava, Slovakia - Krakow, Poland THE FINISH LINE! NO DAY 6 CHALLENGE (Except getting there!)

11.10hrs UK time - Phone report - No Challenge today - so final positions will rely on the results of yesterdays Challenge for the best Landscape photograph taken, and the "funniest" photograph! About 300 miles today to Krakow - travelling in convoy with "Little & Large Do Europe" in the Laguna,  and "Devonshire Dumplings" in the Mondeo Estate. The "Grass" car - Xantia that runs on vegetable oil and had the power-steering issue, is still going strong aided by multiple top-ups of PAS fluid! Unfortunately the "Self Preservation Society" silver Volvo Estate has retired from the Rally. Dry, sunny-ish day today. Pretty flat landscape with some hills in the distance. Will update you later today.

13.35hrs UK time - Text msg in -  Just driving through the Czech Republic now. Total mileage 1,837 miles since leaving home! Picture of Convoy (see right) - "Little & Large Do Europe",  the Renault Laguna, with one of the drivers,  Andy standing on the bonnet - Car 46  "Drive It Like You Stole It" in the middle  -  and "Devonshire Dumplings" at the rear. 14.10hrs UK time - Phone - Just arriving at the Polish Border 16.06hrs UK time - Phone - Still not in Krakow. On motorway in very heavy and <quote> very annoying traffic! <unquote>
